Perhaps, but what real use is a longer ranged ballistic missile without a large area of effect? imo it's not worth the resources and man hours without a non-conventional warhead - yes bio weapons too..

Its a sad news for me just 280km

280 KM does not Cover Crimea, wide Parts of Caucasus, only the aegean Island and not the greek Mainland and not north Israel. A missile with Similar Capabillities like Iskander M with Range from 500 to 800 KM is that what Turkey needs by the Threat Envirement in the Region.
