The differences i see so far;

>More front armor (headlights buried into armor
>Different remote controlled gun (i don't know the new one), ammunition covered by armor
>Rim armor on wheels
>More potholders on doors (2vs1)
>2 pole on top (what are they?)
>Armor behind mirrors
>Police lights on top of front windows, plus one strong road light on top (possibly turnable)
>I don't see any differencees about height or armor under the car

New projects:

-New Generation Armored Vehicle project: 1800 vehicle
-Special Purpose tactical Wheeled vehicle: 428 6x6 and 8x8 vehicles
-EGM vehicle project: 180 Ejder Yalçın, 220 Cobra-2
-EGM vehicle project: 100 Cobra, 100 Ural, 100 ZPT
-KKK vehicle project: 406 vehicle (Cobra-2 and Ejder Yalçın)
-Tactical Wheeled Vehicle-II: Around 300 vehicle (More armoured vehicle than Kirpi MRAP)

SSIK Meeting: Many projects that was not shared with the press get slowly revealed:

- EGM (Police department) ordered 400 armored vehicles: 220 Nurol Ejder 4x4 + 180 Otokar Cobra 2
- in the wheeled armored special purpose vehicles project: 121 command & control, 217 scout vehicles, 30 NBC scout vehicles will be procured
- in the new generation armored vehicle project: 1800 light armored vehicles will be procured (ACV replacement?)
- Tactical wheeled armored vehicles 2 project: vehicles with higher protection than the KIRPI MRAP will be procured

FNSS Kaplan and Pars vehicles, light tank...

Indonesia Army is on market for wide range of armored vehicles, starting from recce, APC's, MRAP, tanks, IFV and among other specialyzed type of vehicles. I am personnaly had fondnesss about Turkish design
 
I witnessed the Cobras in Bahrain. very reliable against riots and gets the job done. Bahrain is like Tunis, is becoming a major user of Turkish land vehicles.
