Beny,I've seen alleged strikes on Pantsirs and although I believe some of them were destroyed,the numbers claimed by opposing forces are so big...I've seen photos of destroyed Pantsirs with empty canisters,I've seen a video of a user trying to get inside at the last moment,Pantsirs destroyed while inactive,Pantsirs captured on the ground and claimed as a "destroyed" etc.
I don't know about the Pantsirs destroyed in Libya and such, but the video I sent clearly shows the Pantsir trying to defend itself but failing to do so.
