People working in this sector are usually heavily burdened with massive overtimes, due to very tight project schedules. I dont think it is sustainable. It is highly important to give emphasis on raising up new qualified personnel, which is a big problem; because it is not enough to employ new engineers, you have to bring them up to your level in order to benefit from the new workforce. "Bringing them up to the same level" requires the allocation of additional time, other than various stuff stacked high already on your plate.Developing A Turboshaft engine, integrating that in to a new Heli, Starting the Serial production, all in 4 years time (2017=>2021), That is not realistic even for GE, Lockheed Martin or etc. R&D takes time.
Official estimates are realistic, this is just wild fantasy / claim.
