.
We should increase this Turks need to consume more fish, every 2nd Turk is obese.

but export potential is also massive. Salmon export from Norway etc. rakes in a lot of money.

As tasty as Turkish food is its so damn unhealthy, like they pour litteral butter on top of kebab in many restaurants.
And the high carbon rich diet isnt helping either.

Kuru fasulye, bulgur pilavi, salata uf... yaninda piyade....

Kebab here in Denmark is better than what I can get in Turkey.

If you live or have vacation in antalya or alanya eat fish, cubra is easy to make and it’s delicious.

That’s a pretty good diet if you ask me - a lot of carbohydrates (fast energy and glucose for your cells), fat (slow energy to give you power for a longer time) and proteins (to help your cells recover and grow stronger)... but only if you do hard labor for long amounts of time everyday- Not watching soap operas on the TV the whole day or drinking tea with the buddies in the neighborhood tea house. :D

Butter is the elixir of life.

Not true. It depends on how you prepare the food. The most common dishes in Turkey (e.g. bulgur pilavları, menemen, kuru fasulye, taze fasulye, mercimekli çorba, kebaplar, ayran, çoban salatası, dolmalar, kahvaltı masamız etc.) are actually pretty healthy.

It's almost always the people who turn healthy, wholesome recipes into unhealthy, calorific time bombs.

That’s great so if each costs around 8-10k we’re looking at 500-600 mio usd I hope
