Current Account Deficit = Cari Açık
Current Account Surplus=Cari Fazla

You made a typo and I corrected it
I hope you are trolling. Trade deficit is alone $2.5 billion in August, how can current account deficit be $2.5billion in August? There should be zero tourism and other services revenue in order to get $2.5billion current account deficit o_O

Do you know the differences between current account deficit and trade deficit?

$12.39 billion exports - $14.88 billion imports = $2.49 billion deficit in August 2018
yeah, obviously you do not know.

There is no problem with not knowing something, or being uneducated in certain topics. The problem is talking about things the person doesnt know. He supposed to go to university or read some papers to develop himself, but instead he is claiming something incorrect in one international forum.

I have no knowledge on financing of banks or their monetary policy so i won't comment on Halkbank or other cases.

They made it so that USD was bought for almost half the price for a while.
They stated that they would take back money with current rates. They can take back if the dollar is sold in Internet with accounts. But there are some ATMs where people could buy dollar without IDs.

He is experienced finansist. He knows about international funds deeply.

Netherlands has an agriculture export volume of $ 90 billion. Turkey has ~ $ 20 billion. Compare both acreage and number of employees in agriculture sector. Their is something you make wrong.

Turkey has an export value of $ 160 billion. This number should be only by agriculture products.

If Turkey managed agriculture like the Netherlands do, with the same technology and productivity sure. But agriculture is largely still the same as 20 years ago. Farmers dont have the funds to improve and probably dont know how anyway.
