My calculation, I remeber the 30 pcs back in 2014 + those 35 pcs back in June 2016 so around 65 till now...
Meaning last batch of those 100 Kirpi will be delivered this Year.

Personel Note: According to my research Joule-Thomson Cooler might be used for cooling of a electronic system, microprocessing system, Opto-Mechanis System, Naturel Gas Processing or a Satallite Imaging System. So my strongest guess is this system is for a Satallite.

System's main objective is dispersing the weight on the body and let your spine/skeleton less strained.

Aselsan's leg parts seem like they also helps person to walk easier without tiring his/her leg muscles much, so soldier can move much more distance.

Build on experiences of handicaped people, for sure together with GATA and other Edus

Hopefully this is just prelminary design - otherwise those actuators being on the side of hips is going to cause a lot ergonomic problems.. They need to find a way to place those actuators behind, like Lockheed Martin HULC
