Barış Kartalları’nın yazılımı güncellenecek

Türk Silahlı Kuvvetleri’nin havadan keşif, gözetleme ve komuta kontrol ihtiyaçlarının karşılayan Havadan Erken İhbar ve Kontrol Uçaklarının Elektronik Destek Tedbir Sistemlerinin yazılım güncellenmesi HAVELSAN ve ASELSAN tarafından yapılacak.

Savunma Sanayii Müsteşarlığı (SSM) ile Boeing firması arasındaki anlaşmayla temin edilen B737-700 tipi Havadan Erken İhbar ve Kontrol Uçağı’nın (HİK) yazılım güncelleme-geliştirme çalışmaları sürüyor.

Bu çalışmalar dahilinde Türkiye’nin savunma sanayi devleri ASELSAN ve HAVELSAN HvKK Barış kartalı uçaklarına yazılım desteği konusunda anlaştı.

HAVELSAN’ın resmi sosyal medya hesabında konuyla alakalı şu bilgilere yer verildi:

HvKK Barış Kartalı Uçaklarının Elektronik Destek Tedbir Sistemlerinin yazılım güncellenmesi için HAVELSAN ve ASELSAN sözleşme imzaladı.

Update to software of Turkish Early Warning planes will be done by 2 Turkish companies. (ASELSAN and HAVELSAN)

I thing he addressed TF-X project by saying "plane", did he meant this project;

Guys do we have a thread for the indigenous helicopter program? Also the only utility helicopter project I can find on TAI's website is the T70 helicopter which is "Turkish variants of Sikorsky's S70i".
Are these two referring to the same project?

Jokes aside, after YEARS of waiting and delays to see it finally happening.. and then immediately an armed one. Hell yeah.

Only difference is the battlefield is also changing, just getting armed drones isn't enough. Now need to improve ISR capabilities

I wouldn't get my hopes up if I were you. The indigenous helicopter is going to fly in two years? Hurkus C will be in the inventory this year? Even though hurkus B and A are not even in the inventory yet? Armed Anka will be delivered? even though neither Anka-S nor Anka-B have been delivered so far? And no armed Anka has been tested or even a prototype of it built yet?
If you ask me, I think this minister's announcements are wishful thinking at best and erroneous at worst.

Now if his predictions do come true, I would be the happiest man on earth, however if they didn't, I don't wanna be disappointed.

What will be the designation,ANKA U(CAV)?

Armed Anka will be delivered? even though neither Anka-S nor Anka-B have been delivered so far? And no armed Anka has been tested or even a prototype of it built yet?
