The answered is yes and no.
Yes, because if you have the money and Orders , then you can re-open the manufacturing line.
No, it depends of your needs.

As for you statement, yes you are right, Designing and manufacturing a plane, could open the possibility to make a Fighter jets. (Mostly the Body) after all Fighter jets are useful when they've got their nose/belly and wings full...
But re-opening the An-124 line it isn't "Designing" and for Co-manufacturing, it's also not enough to gain knowledge to make your own, all alone.

The Ozgur project was put for a time on ice, but today there were test flights with the Ozgur modernized prototype in Ankara.


Apparently a number of F16blk 30's are used as test bets for modernizations. Indigenous subsystems like mission computer.

Chance is big that these test bets will also get the Aselsan AESA radar. A package is slowly being formed to upgrade the F16 CCIP's with indigenous mission computer and AESA radar

That's not F-16 Ozgur, that is modernisation of F-16 Block-30 with parts from Block-40 aircrafts. Block-40 aircrafts were modernised with CCIP, hence did not require some parts so were used in Block-30....

Apparently the united states has officially barred f35 deliveries to turkey.

Lets be real bro they are arming the YPG against us and our relations with america is deteriorating fast i do not think we will get them, and also we are buying S400 which can be used by Russia to spy on turkeys activities do not forget the s400 although it will be made in turkey will have Russian brains, Russia no doubt will be able to see what the s400 is doing in turkey, thats not too bad for turkey but for america it is since it shows how the F35 performs.

After Iran, Turkey is the next. Security concerns for f-35s are empty arguments. As long as anti-Israel sentiments are voiced by Turkey, the congress will not run out of excuses to stop deliverance of f-35 planes.

It is not good but sadly i think you're right Israel is the only threat to the middle east Palestinians were there long before Israel was even a thing.
