Turkish army’s drill on Iraqi border [PHOTO]

Puppet government of Iraq is leaving Kerkük to Iranian militias. Kerkük becomes effectively an Iranian city:

Do you now understand my point of view? @Sinan

Trusting the central government of Iraq would be a grave mistake. Our southern neighbor is not a sovereign state nor is Iraq independent by any means. Trade? Yes. Cooperating? Yes. Siding with Baghdad against any actor within Iraq? Only in particular cases if it suits our interests. "Brotherhood logic" would be a disaster for us.

PMU never entered to city in the first place. Iraqi military is leaving Kerkük, security and order will be maintained by police. What's wrong about it ?

Siding with Baghdad against PKK ?

I have never said that we should support Baghdad unconditionally like we do with Azerbaijan or TRNC. Of course we should support them if it's within our interests.

But, we should (should have) never try/tried to undermine central goverment's authority on no condition. Instability in Iraq will never benefit us, it will only hurt Turkey. (Refugees, PKK getting more camps, more area to control, etc....)

P.S: I only call my fellow Turks as "Brother" not anyone else.

I heard Turkey's police has good riot control units to deal with these kind, we should buy some bats and arm local Turkmen
Brother those things must be minimized and the intelligence must work on max there. We had bad experiences with YDG-H who started just like this and when we know the fact that PKK is active in the area you must be very careful.

They should not make the mistake of pulling out all military troops and leaving police to control the city, who knows how many PKK are still hiding in homes with their weapons. Kirkuk has not been cleansed from enemy units as properly as towns liberated from IS, homes and everything weren't checked. Right now military presence is high, PKK hides, they might wait for a better opportunity.

Also, Turkey and Iraq government have agreed on opening Faysh Khabur boder crossing north Sinjar Nineveh.

Police will not be enough for sure. As I said intelligence must work very deep there. The security forces must not be shy to conduct sudden special operations and searches. The risk is very high.

Look at the freedom in that picture..... :) :) :)
