Is The given of hisar A-O range by producer range of guidance? That's all i can understand. ESSM , G40 have longer range because it has more capable guidance, seeker etc. Mica VL, Umkhonto , Hisar have less range because they use simplier guidance. But They all have nearly same volume of fuel. Fuel is not the effective factor.

It is crucial to understand the difference between theoretical range and effective range. If you can check interception ranges against maneuvering planes from user documents, you will have a big surprise (like lesser by a factor of 5). Most of range values given out there are theoretical (no one can be sure about it of course except the user), for the sake of deterrence issues and marketing.
