The least powerful F404 is 78 kN (with afterburner).

You're getting a bit carried away. The dimensions in the last poster you posted is likely correct.

If you really want a comparison, KAI T50 is the one.

A "F16 class" aircraft won't be limited to below 3 ton payload. Engine isn't everything.

Actually the payload section also makes me think that it is going to use F404 engine and they mentioned the wet thrust instead of dry thrust of engine..
