We are gradually transferring. 4 will be built in China and 4 here. Likewise STM will upgrade our Agosta in Pakistan. You forget initial Thunders were totally made in China then gradually we started building the. Also same goes for the Azmat class ships and other stuff. Pakistan will gradually take over indigenous production. Don't worry.

actually i had a serious problem with replacing frigate with a corvette and then when we have IClass available that is enlarge ada and do quality a as frigate then why go for smaller Ada class.

but then again if PN adds 4 OPV with anti air, surface and sub components plus 4 Ada corvettes with VLS, then why not. this not only replaces 6 older type21 but also add 2 extra vessels that can provide similar capabilities.

again, my wishful thinking but the the OPV can be armed with 8 SSM and 4 torpedoes. plus 16 vls HQ17 that is Tor M1 Chinese copy. if we can get them in numbers like 4 coupled with bit stretched ada class with SA VLS. i think that will be a good buy

A parallel indiginous warship program should be launched, aimed at fulfilling domestic needs and exporting to small developing nations.
Pakistan should develop business contacts with small nations in Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia, Latin America and Africa.
Because the larger "too big to fall countries are steeped in their arrogance and would never want to do business with us.
We should do this gradually and not too quickly lest the Americans or Europeans try to derail us.
And Pakistani weapons industry can become very capable. This is evident from the fact that Pakistan armed force and weapons industry is doing so much with so little. And trying to keep pace with nations that are far ahead of us at this time.
* Forgot to mention Turkic nations which is also very important indeed.
