Great news.
How does Siper compare to the s400 system.

Turkiye has two ongoing national long range SAM programs.

1- Long Range Area Air Defence Missile system (Siper/Hisar-U)
2-Long Altitude Long Range Missile defense system

Siper missile which will be an equivalent of Pac-3 and Aster-30-1NT is in advanced stage at present and Prototypes will be fired around 2021-22. Second program will be more advanced system and SSB said that It will be better than S-400. If We receive Divert and Attitude control program being developed by Aselsan, We can predict that Second one will be an exo-atmospheric missile system which will have a killer vehicle controlled by 5 axis DAC.

As @Combat-Master stated, 2 axis DAC might be for G-40 missiles (40km range, 40000+ft altitude) that will replace ESSM missile of TN. G-40 will be quad-packable naval missile system inside national MIDAS VL launchers that will be direct competitor of CAMM family and Mk-41.

-Siper will be ready in 2023.
-Seeker head will be Rf+IIR
-VL missile will have a range more than 100km.
-Dual pulse rocket motor technology will be used
-Turkish Navy will also use Siper missiles.

Until 2023/24, Turkey will have developed and produced national air defence missile systems that will provide aerial coverage for all air layers. Next step will be Turkish THAAD.

Aselsan started delivery of upgraded 35mm otonom air defence gun system. The systems’ capabilities enhanced into the Korkut level by upgrading/integrating electronic, optic and radar sensors. They will be operated under the same network with other SAM units.

Korkut 35mm SPAAG system are being delivered as well. The total number of the vehicles that was delivered to TLF approached to 15. All AAA gun systems have capability of firing Turkish PARM 35mm munitions. Production period is proceeding.

52 Korkut and 14 Command control vehicles will be delivered to TLF. The chassis were derived from a proven platform. It was requested to be amphibic 30t and It performs the missions perfectly.

I'd much prefer Pakistan bought a Turkish naval SAM than the CAMM or a Chinese system. Would be much cheaper than the first and more reliable and better quality than the latter.

What if PN bought the Milgem with the launchers built in but not the complete system? this would allow it to get the missiles when they are ready (and other sub-systems)

A long range surface to air missile is hidden under the cover but nowness, Tubitak SAGE is keeping missile design secret. During the presentation of Sarb-83 munition, It was spotted.

The missile geometry seems to fit SM-3. We don’t know yet how long the back of missile (booster+back fins) is reaching but I can predict the visible part of missile may have a length around 5m (by judging the length of Gokdoğan missile ~3,5-3,8m).
