I mean look at your king family, they spend their monies on private jumbo jets and palaces (not forgetting their whoring). If you are gonna tell us that your country truly has deserved what you say it has, then you have to at least critizise your king family. It is utterly unacceptable in islamic terms. To eat your countries oil with that kind of spending? Driving around with oil drinking mega cars. I am sorry but there are not many souls that will believe if you don't show it with your actions. As i see SA now, nothing progressive that can be felt is happening. The only Muslim countries that really show some positivity in the world is Turkey, Indonesia and Malaysia. Rest is still in deep problems. Especially the Arab world is really a wasteland.

I criticize them and I admit that what they are doing is shameful I will not defend their lavish way of spending the country's wealth they were part of the reason why an entire Generation was lost and I have said that multiple times and in details.
However that thing is of the past do you know why there is no protests in Saudi Arabia like the rest of the world envisioned and cried that it would be "The first place to has them"? Because people like King Abdullah you know why? Because he stopped the family int heir tract and started looking after the people in 2006 he stopped all money going to them straight from the treasury we owe our economic boom and Industrial revolution to his visions.

Average Saudi is neck deep in debt who can barely afford rent and monthly family needs. In fact only 30% of Saudis afford to buy a home while the rest are stuck in expensive rent bank debt etc.

There is nothing progressive that YOU see but we do see it. It takes time for this thing thing from people from far away places to see already our neighboring Arab countries can feel the change seeing lots of things they find in the groceries labeled "Made in KSA" and soon these things will travel left and right. This Image of "Rich Saudis" come from a huge Royal family that NEVER spends its time inside Saudi Arabia instead they travel the world throwing money left and right giving the idea that those are "Normal Saudis".

Yeah those are the ones I am talking about. He did stop the money from going to them so they just migrated to mostly Europe where with their existing money made a lot of investments in European companies to keep their money afloat and when they are about to run out of cash they come back here and engage in corruption of the highest order. In fact some of these corruption schemes were so severe it caused a stock market breakdown at some point and him being of the Royal Family and they do not wan to embarrass themselves the guy responsible gets away scratch free while all the poor guys under him are left to fry. There are a lot of them in France yes that is the main country they migrated to.

All Muslim countries have these bad apples amongst them, Turkey does too, maybe not on the same scale as Saudi Arabia or even Pakistan, but they are there.

No legitimate system can be based on Kingdom. If ones ruling power comes from being blood-relative to the king or the heir to the King, that system can never truly develop in the strictest sense. Because that country's system itself is corruption based. In Islam the ruler must be accepted by the majority of the people. This Saudi family was also the one who was betraying the Ottoman empire, that is why there is absolutely no legitimacy to their being rulers. In a true Islamic system they would be executed for transfering their money to Kuffars via gambling and whoring. As long as SA continues its corrupt system it can never set course towards a justifiable system. I congratulated to my Turkish friends for the economy growth, they said Turkey is just the same. GDP growth doesn't means it is growing, Top officials gained more profits and greed with money. I think it means poor vs rich gaps.

what i'm trying to say is that we work hard to get where we want, not like Qatar or Bahrain. we're not blessed with oil... we had to struggle to come to where we are today. we didn't have a big brother (USA) to help us... we're not part of the EU yet we have one of the fastest growing economies in the earth and all that without a single barrel of oil or gas.

even Iran is somewhat dependent on oil. yes Saudi probably lacks industrial capabilities, but isn't it you who says it will change! :)

We don't export though (sanctions are the main reason) and that is stopping the influx of hard foreign currency. Our PPP GDP is pretty much the same as Turkey though (our PPP is above 1 trillion).

Turkey is definitly ahead but it's purely because we've been under 32 years of sanctions. Without it, we will shoot up in half a decade. We already produce almost everything that Turkey is producing. Quality wise, we need contact with the outside world and again, with the sanctions gone, that can be fixed too. The IMF is already reporting that our GDP will double by 2016, even under sanctions. Our PPP will hit 1.6 trillion and our nominal will be 800+billion.

Scientifically, Iran and Turkey are matched. Turkey is ranked 18th, Iran 19th. However our growth rate is higher so we will move ahead in the coming years.

Here is where you are wrong friend. It wasn't Saudi Family that betrayed the Ottoman Empire not at all it was the Hasmite Family who were the rulers of Hijaz who are now the rulers of Jordan not Saudi family. Lawrence came to Shareef Faisal not King Abdulaziz. That is also a common misconception. I am half Turkish and my grand mother told me a story once she said that when the Sahreef betrayed the Ottoman Empire (He was ruler of Hijaz on their behalf) he locked away all Turkish citizens in Makkah in a courtyard and would feed them only rarely They stayed there for a long time until King Abdulaziz came and set them free .

Here is also an interesting fact for you World War 1 ended in 1918 while King Abdulaziz took Makkah and Hijaz in 1924 way after the World War ended. Central Arabia had no Ottoman presence worth mentioning they were nothing but warring tribes fighting over wells of water at that time. I highly recommend you read about these facts yourself.

No offense buddy but you can't compare Pakistan's economy with Turkey's. You still have a heavy corruption based political system whereas ours are minimal. And our middle class is growing by the day, so i don't understand how poor people are getting poorer, that is complete and utter bs.
