WOW. It is hard to believe that Germans transferring know how. Good.

It is the first time Turkey made such an important cooperation agreement with Germany. Actually, U-214TN is an investment, R&D program for underwater technologies of Turkey. With this program, Turkey would have filled all gaps technologically and go to construct a domestic submarine by 2020. After this program, Turkey will be a huge technology center for underwater technologies from different kinds of sonars to silent consols, torpedos, torpedo decoys...etc
