F-35 software is still in development, those who are getting them early are getting an aircraft that doesn't have full warfighting capability. Israel is getting F-35 Block 3i, see it's limitations in capabilities chart below.

Just look at Trump and his relationship with Israel. However, as Turkey we need to position ourselves cleverly and exploit our relationship with the US to the maximum while we can.

If Israel doesn't exist, USA couldn't successfully complete development of its fighter projects with official nine partner countries. Most probably, USA will get permission from Israel When they agreed to export F-35 to other countries under a similar condition like you must get permission from USA When you agreed to export your most strategic missiles, radars developed with USA funds and technology, to third countries, Right ?
