Why cant we build more Agosta 90Bs infact we have the ToT so what are we waiting for

The "ToT" is a misnomer. Even if KSEW knows how to manufacture it, it can't without the critical parts -- i.e., steel, engine, electronics, etc. It must buy these from France, and it'd be up to France if it wanted to sell them or not.

The new deal is about torpedo counter measure system and acoustic sensors to be added Agosta upgrade package. If TCMS is Aselsan made Zoka (Indonesia has purchased Zoka for their submarines in recent week), It will be perfect choice. In trials, Zoka successfully jammed German DM2A4 torpedo. Selection of Turkish torpedo counter measure will pave the way for future cooperation to include hard-kill torpedo counter measure system called "Tork".

Not as weak as some thought. Still managed to get the indian sub out of the water.
Didnt peope say the same about the airforce and not having twin engine heavy fighters. I always said lighter highly agile fighter is better than a big beast. People talked about bvr but you saw jf17 chasing a su30mki maybe 2 sec apart.
I always thing of the Spanish armada. Thats india for you. Big bulky and cant move

Our airforce is also not strong enough. First we need to build strong airforce because it can cover both land and sea, but we must focus our nave as well. I can say 55 to 45 in favour of Airforce

Will be difficilt. One of the problems with the French is that once they change design they will stop manufacturing the spare parts. You therefore cannot have the old subs even if you wanted it. They will peddle you the Scorpene now and spares by the French are more expensive than gold. PN got fed up and went to the Tirks for their upgrade si.ply because they are much cheaper with very good quality merchandise. The trustdeficit between the French and Paklands is no longer there.
