via russia and china, there would be big interactions of turkey in south america.

That is not going to change Pakistan Turkey relations. There could be thousands of Indians working in Middle East but they will never be hired in the Saudi Military or UAE Armed Forces for example. Those will only go to Pakistanis. I think that is a good example.

Hardware is good as its European technology with decades of experience thanks to ToTs and being the third party involved in US F-16 sales to Middle East countries.

Turkey has a very advanced manufacturing industry, people forget Turkey was actually a major western power from the begining of the first world war. Infact the Ottomans have fought and defeated major west powers when they tried to invade.

Turkey has been building fighter planes from the begining of the second world war, its just that because they are not part of the EU and the fact they stride both europe and asia people overlook their capacity. If you visit Ankara, you'll know what i say.

In terms of defence production, they are very good in avionics, radars, composites etc. They may not have recognisable brands in consumer electronics, but a lot of those brands we buy in europe are assembled or manufactured in Turkey.

We can complement each other in various technologies and other aspects.

Between India and China, I believe that Turkey would find India a better choice.

Turkey joining Eastern block means end of NATO standart military, reforms and democracy, do you really want it? Think about it, what can Eastern block whose major players are Russia and China (two countrys with more or less cold relations to Turkey) offer us thats worthy enough to give up everything?
Just look at the exsample of domestic military hardware, all have at least minimum of the western standarts, not saying Eastern block is bad at those but they lack at other places such as living conditions.
We want to reach European circumstances, no need to lower the standart, you need to aim high to be something in this world.
If you wanna look toward east so bad then look at Japan and Korea, that should be our minimum goal to reach, nothing else.
