Turkey freezes all ties with France

Only tiny emirates are over 50th place.

In Malaysia Muslims are also poorer than Chinese or Indians.

Where is Singapore, Bahrain, Qatar, Brunei?

It seems your list is very inaccurate. And I don't know why you are talking about HDI index, when the topic has absolutely nothing about world welfare.

Well dude to set your record straight, those scientific developments werent done by the Iranians but by Persian Muslims who were predominently Sunni before the shia Safavid dynasty.

Whoa!! Did Persians get extinct and Iranians came from outer space. Iranian were Persians upto 1925(1925 perhaps). If it really has to do with Shia vs Sunni, then why isn't there a single scientist from Arabian Peninsula. Iranians had lots of contribution whether they were Zoroastrians, Sunnis or Shias.

The thing is Iranians never disowned the heritage of their ancestors and they don't care they were Zoroastrians or Sunnis unlike you Pakistanis who has disowned heritage of your ancestors because they were Hindus and Buddhists.

Turkish Youth, Your first duty is to preserve and to defend Turkish Independence and the Turkish Republic forever. This is the very foundation of your existence and your future. This foundation is your most precious treasure. In the future, too, there may be malevolent people at home and abroad, who will wish to deprive you of this treasure. If some day you are compelled to defend your independence and your Republic, you must not hesitate to weigh the possibilities and circumstances of the situation before doing your duty. These possibilities and circumstances may turn out to be extremely unfavorable. The enemies conspiring against your independence and your Republic may have behind them a victory unprecedented in the annals of the world.

It may be that, by violence and trickery, all the fortresses of your beloved fatherland may be captured, all its shipyards occupied, all its armies dispersed and every corner of the country invaded. And sadder and graver than all these circumstances, those who hold power within the country may be in error, misguided and may even be traitors. Furthermore, they may identify personal interests with the political designs of the invaders. The country may be impoverished, ruined and exhausted. Youth of Turkey's future, even in such circumstances it is your duty to save Turkish Independence and the Republic. You will find the strength you need in your noble blood.

Erdogan is really brave
why Europeans are passing resolutions against turkey at this time
what did Germany did with Europe in 1st and 2nd world war

Desperate Sarcozy tries to gain votes with his flop. Everybody knows that this bill wont be materialized. But the donkey is forgetting that this will return to France like a boomerang. Turkish lobbies will do whatever it has in its power to reveal the French genocides in Algeria and Rwanda. The donkey does not know that he should clean his own backyard first before telling us to do so.

Miserable French hot dogs...

In the 15th century the Jews in Spain faced strong pressures to convert to Christianity and many yielded to this pressure and became Christians. In 1492 the king of Spain, Ferdinand, issued an edict to expel from Spain all remaining Jews who did not convert to Christianity.

When the news of expulsion reached the Ottoman Empire, the Sultan (Emperor) Beyazit II issued a decree to welcome the Jews. A significant portion of those expelled thus came to Ottoman Empire and settled mostly in European parts of the Empire. The Turkish Jews are also identified as Sephardic Jews. This derives from the word Sepharad which in Hebrew means Spain.

Since 1492, through five centuries, the Ottoman sultans and the modern day Turkish Republic, welcomed the Jews and offered them a safe haven from persecution in the European countries. The Ottoman Empire at its zenith became one the largest empires in World History covering most of Mediterranean basin region extending from North Africa to Eastern Europe. It has been suggested that one of the characteristics that extended the domination of the Ottoman Empire was its allowance of religious freedom for the different nationalities and minorities under its rule. While many European nations expelled, persecuted or tried to convert the Jews under their dominion, the Turkish people of the Ottoman Empire, remained as an outstanding example of tolerance of different nationalities with different religions.

The presentation above sometimes sounds unusual to strangers who may have heard Turkey only in the context of conquests of the Ottoman Empire. Indeed Turkish people have been throughout history a nation with a strong army and strong national feelings. Yet, the Turkish history is also full of stories of humanity and tolerance. In war time they are a strong nation to avoid confrontation with, but they also know to become friends beyond the war times and zones. This, in my personal opinion is a consistent pattern of Turkish behavior in all of their extensive history through centuries.

Not just Persians, Turks and Arabs... but I think the most of the world wants a piece of the USA, when they inevitably lose the power that they currently have.
Yes! every country of the world shold get some part /piece of it cuz they deserve it after the demise of US......cuz they suffered so much from the brutality of the US.....:smokin:

Turkey's Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan said on Thursday a bill passed by France's lower house of parliament, making it a crime to deny genocide, was racist, discriminatory and xenophobic and said it had opened wounds with Paris that would be difficult to heal.

Erdogan said Turkey was cancelling all economic, political and military meetings with NATO partner France and said Ankara would cancel permission for French military planes to land and warships to dock in Turkey as a result of the bill.

Another diamond in the shining crown of Turkish 'zero problems with neighbors' foreign policie
Excellent news....I hope this will start the beginning of the end of the NATO regime.....We/Pakistan support the move by our Turkish brothers. France is exposing its evil discriminatory attitude against the Turkey.....:smokin:

@ the thick Torkish poster.
we don't give a rat's *** about your fight with the Armenians, the same way you don't care about our fight with the Arabs. Why are you so damn thick? What part of this thread isn't about Iran do you not understand? Are you THAT insecure?

And Iran is 99 percent Torkish, happy?

the matter is fake armenian genocide and iran is the best supporter of armenia with it's open border. now you can **** off.

idiot, I will keep saying it, hopefully you will eventually understand. We've had a relationship with Armenia for as long as we've been in the region. As far as we're concerned, they were our country men in the past and we only parted ways because of religion. If you ******* think that we're going to part ways with them and close our borders to make you happy than you're a ******* retard. Why don't you stop working with the Americans if you think we should stop working with the Armenians. It works both ways Einstein. Stop embarrassing yourself.

God you're thick.

P.S. No Iranian has given his/her opinion on the genocide matter here but you insist on dragging us into it. You have major issues.

That is the problem, you are looking at all uprisings in same scale, cause, and motivation. unless you gain more knowledge on situation there is no point having discussion with you.

lol you are searching behind of every incident USA not me. It's not about knowledge, you should learn some strategy. Neither USA nor Israel don't want a regime change in Syria. Only they are looking as they want because after Libya uprising this would be hypocrisy.

This is not the matter but i hope it will be more clear.

1. Syria is not a petrol rich country such as Iraq and Libya, their reserves can not pay even operation costs.
2. After Turkey's reactions on Syrian uprising, relations never will be as before. If Turkey has good relationships with Syria also will has with Lebanon and Jordan too so easily can reach to Arab and Gulf countries and can be an headache for USA and Israel.

USA
1. Usa wants to use Shias for taking money of Gulf States. How? With arms sales and military support like in first Iraq operation, certainly it won't be free.
2. Usa wants to use Shias as a trump so Gulf States can not take a decision against US benefits. They have taken their lessons at Yemen and Bahrain uprisings.

Israel
1. Israel already happy with it's neighbourhood since last Arab-Israeli war. Syria can not do any aggressive move without Egypt. After civilian killings in uprising Syria's relations with Egypt also with other Arab countries won't be as before too so Syria can not focus to Golan Heights with Assad ever.
2. Israel never wants a democrasy in Syria or any country in the middle east. Because every democratic country in the region easily can be an enemy of Israel. They can control to dictators but not people.

and list goes on also Russia doesn't want a regime change and not due to syrian ports. it's a different matter.

You have deserved a b****slap,
Problem is not your relations with Armenians.
1.Iran visited Armenia at the same day of genocide decision, it's meaning we are supporting this decision and Armenians.
2.Turkey always backed Iran and Syria against western countries and USA, we have never cooperated with USA against a Muslim country but if your stupid mollas say that we will bomb to Israel when we produce our nuke, be sure Turkey and other Muslim countries don't support to you.
3.You have good relations with Armenians but not Azeris. Interesting aren't azeris second biggest group in iran? How can this possible? Can we call that as *** fear?

Only Muslim countries with relatively high standards of living are tiny oil emirates with total population of 1% of world Muslims.

UN HDI index:

20 France

30 United Arab Emirates
37 Qatar
42 Bahrain
56 Saudi Arabia
61 Malaysia
92 Turkey
145 Pakistan

HDI index is a very good indicator for countries to show how much they spent on their citizens' literacy, education and standards of livings, etc... However, if you live in a country where you are constantly discriminated by the governors of that certain country and where you are constantly isolated from reaching human development opportunties, it does not mean anything to live in a high HDI indexed country.

Let's take Israel as an example. It is 17th on list of HDI index. That's good, right. Good for Jews but not for the Arabs. Almost 20 percent of Israel's population consists of Arabs and this makes their population some 1,6 millions. However, they live in the poorest conditions and neighbourhoods of the country becuase of the intentional politics of the "Jewish state". Most Israeli Jews are doing best to make the country a hard place for muslims to live. They try to irk the muslim arabs to make them immigrate to another country so that Israel will be a "Jewish state".

EU criticized Israel in a human development report published this week. They stated that Israel does not treat equal to her muslim minorities and Israeli Arabs are very behind in terms of income, education, home and land owning, etc. when they are compared to Israeli Jews. I believe if a country claims to be a democracy, she has to give each citizen equal opportunities to be equal with the others, which is not the case in Israel, France or even Germany.

What I am trying to say is that it does NOT mean anything to a person if he lives in a **** hole eventhough his country is a paradise.

HAHAHA
okay I will bite

1) you're telling me that Nejad and his entourage packed up hours after they realized that the resolution is going to be passed by France and called up Armenia and said roll our the red carpet, we're coming? Are you ******* insane? Countries plan these things ages in advance.

Iran has never stated that the genocide has happened (individual members of the parliament have given their views and Armenians are allowed to hold annual demonstrations against Turkey but nothing official has ever been passed regarding the genocide issue by the parliament). You ignore that fact but clinge onto conspiracy theories lmao

2) Idiot, when has Iran stated that she will nuke Israel? Nejad was saying Israel will be erased from the pages of history. How is that=to Iran saying we will nuke... Are you clinically insane?

And you're cooperating with the Americans on every matter. You're a fully pledged member of NATO and have been for decades. wtf are you talking about? I'll say it again cuz you're a bit thick, you can do whatever the hell you please, but don't come telling Iran to close her borders with Armenia when you're in bed with the Americans. They're our enemies. If you want us to completely stop our relations with Armenia, than why don't you do the same? why the hell are you even telling Iran what to do? lol You're a virgin on an internet forum, get a life

3) We have excellent relations with Armenia because they're not calling for the seperation of Iranian provinces. The first president of Soviet Azerbaijan openly talked about seperation of Iranian provinces. Would you have good relations with Kurdistan, if it were a real country, when they were calling for the seperation of Turkish provinces? Other than that we have no issues. Iran and Azarbaijan don't need visas. People can cross borders freely and go to the other side. Azaris come to Iranian Azarbaijan to buy groceries for their entire week because in Iran vegetables and fruits are much cheaper. Iranian Azaris go to Azarbaijan to have a good time on the weekends.

Again, Azarbaijan loves to create chaos. They have a couple of 24/7 channels aimed at Iran and all they talk about on a daily basis is how Iranian Azaris need to rise up blah blah...
no country would tolerate this interference, but we have even eliminated visa requirements. Wtf more should we do?

4) This thread isn't about Iran, but I have told you this before, many times. If you want to talk about IRan, open up a new thread.
