Turkey develops domestic missile, rocket

.
So you say turkey is gonna proliferate Missiles tech to other countries?? You will be slapped hard if you try to breach MTCR.

WikiLeaks Cablegate: Ukraine ignores US objection on missile technology transfer to India - Documents News - IBNLive

" Boris Atamanenko, National Space Agency of Ukraine, stated that Ukraine had transferred MTCR Category I items to the U.S., Russia, Germany, and Saudi Arabia, and Category II
items to the U.S., Russia, Saudi Arabia, the Republic of Korea, China, and India during the past year. In accordance with its MTCR commitments, he noted that Ukraine had informed MTCR Partners in April 2009 (POC Document 86) of the intended Category I transfer to Saudi Arabia, and none of the Partners had objected or made an official request for further information. Van Diepen attempted to confirm that Ukraine had actually transferred Category I items to Saudi Arabia., not just notified its intention to transfer, but Atamanenko’s response created confusion on this point."

We already got all the MTCR category 1 technology That we need buddy :)

Is this like Hydra except better since it's guided?

Cirit has Semi-Active Laser and MEMS guidance. It is not a guidance kit but a completely new duided missile system designed to fill the gap between guided anti-tank missiles and unguided 2.75Inch rockets... Cirit is a completely new concept in World and Roketsan is a leading institute in this field and technology...

You can see How accurate its guidance are in this video...

Current Rocket programs...

-300mm Guided Artillery Rocket (Kasirga-II)
-SRBM having more diameter than 600mm (Yildirim-II)

. .
But Cabatli it doesn't say if those missiles are anti-personnel.

Saithan; it is not hard to guess 300mm and 600+mm weapons would carry a lot of explosives.(really lots of explosives)

Generally with explosive amount those weapons carry have large effective pressure diameter.(if you are in that diameter, possibly you die) That makes them really destructive for human body in large areas. So, there is no need to say "anti-personel". ;)

For example; 9K720 Iskander is a 920mm SRBM. Iskander-M is capable of carring 800 kg warhead. Lets say 600-700 kg of that warhead is explosive. That destroys any personel near to explosion, who is far away from explosion looks like that: :flame:

Large caliber anti personel missiles should have cluster warheads like MLRS or ATACMS.
