It's been prevented Pan Turkism will never the threaten anyone again, Central Asia is firmly under Russia Control and Iran is blocking the rest.

I dont think pan turkism can be as big threat as you are assuming. Yes, it will be threat as long as Turkey is allied with NATO. But if regional alliances are opted instead of NATO by turkey, it does have the potential to become reality. Maybe not dissolution of borders, but something like the EU is certainly possible.
