There are a lot of uighur criminals that in China who use young children to do all kind of criminal activities. Recently, China just busted hundreds of such criminal rings as well as their ring-leaders.

Many of them are family criminals with quite a few family members are already behind bars.

Those criminals are ruthless and you could be stabbed or killed if you were outnumbered in a bus or in a supermarket when their criminal activities were discovered by you. Do not under-estimate some of them with young ages. They are not hesitant to kill trained by those uighur criminals.

Normally, thieves just steal and run. Even then, if they were caught, they will get a good beating as well. Nobody care about whether the thief is Han Chinese or not.
