There is no SoC called Cortex A13 . before you buy that tablet make sure that they clearly state what sort of processor they used in that tablet

probably Tunisian version of older cortex or they do writing mistake in the ad and they mean the Cortex A15

I doubt it's Cortex A15 the speed is too low . To be honnest I put it more in line with the sale department dishonnestly .
They probably used something like Allwiner A13 which is a single core cortex A8 and then are advertising it ascortex A13 .

Even if it's A8 it's still much cheaper than other brands, I would have bought it if we had it here.

There is no problem with cortex a8 and that core can easily manage more than 95% of the situation you can think a tablet might be used in . Even two of the models of Iranian tablet Dimo use cortex A8 even Ipad used cortex A8 . Here the problem is dishonesty of the sale department . And I made a warning that the core is not what it stated in advertisement.
By the way if it was me who wanted to buy a tablet I'd have bought something with dual core cortex a9
