Kuwait charged (actually international court of law did) iraq to pay them billions of dollars as reprisal to the war imposed on them. if I remember correctly iran can get 400 billions of dollars from Iraq for Iran-Iraq war but it didn't. so please spare me with that iran and colonization myth.
