This is an appeasement statement. We can't take it seriously after the damage that the US has caused to Pakistan's security, well-being and interests.

The only Afghan policy that Pakistan will implement is the return of Afghan refugees, the fencing of the border and total distance from the Afghan war.

America and its allies are free to kill and liberate Afghanistan.

There is no distancing from Afghan war. Leave them be and they will nurture infestations that will come bite you in the *** while you were busy ignoring them. The only way is to be there and sort it out for them and keep it clean.
