I personally believe that when on table we must convey a strong message to them that we are NOT going to tolerate any dictation from them and that's what Pakistani military had conveyed to them directly when Gen Kiyani warned them in his speech.

A very important point, we have only talked to those maoist factions or any other insurgents who FIRST accept talks within the Indian constitution. That automatically answers the ''soul'' question.

And that ''willingness'' in those insurgents is created through ''pursuation''. The Indian state has NEVER given the impression to any insurgent that the insurgent carries a bigger stick than the state.

Are we going to talk peace with 60+ groups or only ttp? How does anyone intend to stop terrorism this way? Anyone that demands anything from the government with the threat of weapons is enemy of the state.
