If afghan taliban really did give them conditions then this means afghan taliban are ready to wipe them. Its also in the interest of taliban. With the peace agreement with US and talks going ahead with other factions, taliban need to consolidate their grip. Any such foreign funded groups like TTP are a nuisance for taliban now.
