What's new

Trushot | Pakistan's first commercially available 9mm pistol from private sector.

Good to see Pakistan doing way better than india when it comes to firearms.

Only thing lacking is POF coming with with its own unique Assault Rifle design for Pakistan Military

.
Pakistanis have a culture of firearm bearing and most of us are responsible firearm owners. We already have much stricter firearm control regime than the US in place. Assault weapons are banned for the past two decades.

I still don't know why Americans insist on having Automatic weapons

A product of Daudsons, Trushot is the first 9mm handgun from Pakistan's private arms industries. This handgun is likely to be on the market soon.
What is the price ?

@Echo_419

You can't know till you free a few mags in full auto....oh the smell ! :D

Its fun but kills the accuracy. I have an AMD-65 with the built in front grip, I emptied magazines while firing from the hip and felt like scarface but when I looked at the target, I looked like an idiot, the shots were all over the place.

AMD-65 is an ugly bitch, thought you were more of an M-4 guy. :D

AMD-65 maybe butt ugly but it can take more abuse than any gun I've seen, no amount of dirt, grime, water and blunt trauma can make this baby jam. M-4 is very precise, requires a lot of cleaning and maintenance, which might be difficult to provide in the field particularly when you're cut off without supplies.

@DESERT FIGHTER

I want to own an AI- Arctic Warfare, one day, only if those honies are made available to gun owners.

.338 Lapua + wild boars in Southern Punjab :kiss3:

@Icarus

True, all AK frames are known for reliability.

I was meaning to ask, if the JNG-90 Boras are coming or not. :P

The American Gun market is huge but very competetive, So this pakistani compagny should try to get down to best pricing/Quality and mostly to make its name in the reliability realm, which counts the most in the long run gun market.
I would like to see some improvments, like hiding the hammer for quick draw.
Like, for instance in this Walther PPX 9mm Pistol and many others.

A Hammerless weapon is a modification of the original firing mechanism of firearms. Hammerless firearms do not feature an exposed firing hammer or firing “spur”. This feature is easily identifiable in the rear of the weapons stock and requires the operator to manually “cock” it to arm the weapon. Rifles with an exposed firing hammer were frequently subjected to accidental discharges due to the exposed firing pin. With a hammerless weapon an internal firing pin reduced the risk of accidental discharge to the operator, because of the safety features of the internal firing pin. The rifle subsequently became capable of having a more rapid Firing Rate as well, because the operator no longer had to manually “cock” the weapon prior to each time the weapon was discharged. The exposed firing hammer was also frequently caught on clothing and interfered with the operator’s ability to aim accurately. The introduction of hammerless technology in rifles and later on in modern times, pistols greatly improved the safety, firing rate, and accuracy of firearms.
