Also, don’t delude yourself thinking that China is still export driven. China is in fact the world’s largest market. If any country were to do what you have proposed here, they would in return be blocked from the world’s largest market, which is gradually happening to us products like LNG and soy bean.

And you forgot to mention that Hindus worship Trees, Rivers, Mountains, Earth, Planets and any & all celestial objects, whether living or non-living. And what is common in all of these things? It is the energy. And That is what we worship. Energy can neither be created nor destroyed but gets converted from form to the other. This is the manifestation of god in various energy forms across the universe that we Hindus believe in.
