Trump floats 20% tax on Mexican imports to pay for wall, but considering other options

Plan B) Legalize and tax marijuana.
Plan C) Declare South America as a officially part of USA and keep taxes the same. After leaving NATO and the UN.


I'm thinking Plan C first, then keep an eye on Canada.

Hounding the poor Mexicans is not the way to go.
