So who is the "Person In Charge of this"?
Person, Department whatever and whoever is In Charge, should be questioned.
So who is this person or persons, and who might do this questioning?
Who should do the questioning according to my Point of View, I mentioned in the earlier post. and they will know who to question. I do not think that, questioning, asking for report/reasons by higher authority to its subordinates is an alien concept for Americans.
Have you considered that the same concept might be alien to Pakistanis?
NO, That is why a Pakistani raised it and an American got confused.
So let me get this straight: Let us assume that the COAS determines the policy regarding US access to Pakistani routes. Who is going to question him in Pakistan? Or do we still want to pretend that the elected Pakistani government decides such issues, like in USA?
assumptions dos not work or make any difference, let the concerned do what is best in Pakistan National Interests.
we are providing services, if not getting paid then why we keep providing services.
So this must be in the national interest, as you said:
No problem.
