The discussion about how north korea will give up Nuclear weapons under US conditions ? I doubt that kim would not accept US conditions although if he is willing to give up Nuclear weapons but not under US conditions.
I suggest china should be there.

Let me guss the few of US conditions.
1. US will continue military drill with japan and south korea in korean Peninsula. Kim would reject it.
2. Further North korean activities would be monitored by international monitoring organizations. If that organization pass the green signal we would lift the sanctions. Kim would again reject it.

If trump & kim meeting fail then US prepare a war with north korea. it's my prediction which can be wrong. But final solution would be the Unification of Korea.

on the other end it's remind me the
Destruction of Syria's chemical weapons, after the destruction what happend in syria we all know. And this point should not be ignored.

I doubt Kim would just handover his missiles to US and risk becoming another Gaddafi. One needs to see his as well as China's objective from this exercise.

A major chuck of the younger generation in South Korea have an extremely negative view of the North. many were not really impressed by the North's recent antics at the Olympics. I think this is a momentary thaw in their relations and things would escalate once the objective of the North and China comes in full view. Right now, nothing is clear.
