Trump says he wants Pakistan and US to work closely together

I think IK needs to meet Trump. Trump is an unconventional president who may not remain limited to 'policy'. If Imran can explain him the ground situation and both strike a good chord between them, it'll be a win-win situation.

.
Trump is a maniac. Best that Pakistan sits it out and waits for him to leave office

.
To get your work done in Trump's presidency , praise him with smiling face :enjoy:. . He is a nice man by heart but greedy.

its my suggestion to IK try to make some kind of jokes and praise him.:enjoy::D

.
Why should US pay for the wall? That's Pakistan's responsibility.

Trump is king of the U-turn. All you have to do is wait. It will happen.

No one is stopping US investment into Pakistan. The onus is on Pakistan to attract FDI from US. The reasons are simple: doing business in Pakistan is a difficult proposition. As for tax-free and duty-free goods, Trump is not exactly keen on it and neither is Congress. Still, Pakistan enjoys a trade surplus with US and should expand on that.

Removing the MNNA status will be a boon for Pak-US relations. It should be welcome.
Why should Mexico pay

The sword of sanctions is. US is creating uncertainty which is one of the main reason. Recently Pakistan has granted many benefits to new investors. Many European automotive show interests but what about Ford, Dodge, GMC, Chevy, etc? US has alienated Pakistan, not the other way, so incentives has to come from US. Yes, Pakistan does enjoy surplus but for a giant like US, it is a peanut.
