It is about time for the Super Powers to explore the potentials of raising the ethnic card in Iran, by demanding justice to the non Persian minorities (which makes up %40 of Iran's population). This will keep Iran busy with its own internal ethnic problems and will reduce its current exportation of terrorsim in Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, and Yemen.
Israel tried that with terror groups like jundallah, they failed miserably, iran captured the leader of that little group and gave him a necktie party[lol].You should ask yourself why the wahabists have had absolutely no luck with terror campaigns in iran despite their best efforts, for a start iran has very, very good counter intelligence and internal security, its probably the best in the region, but lastly irans population tends to be quite nationalistic and fairly united, certainly far more than any of its neighbors.

Looks like the ayatollah's games are up. No more supporting ISIS in Syria and Iraq.

You didn't get it. It is not about spreading terror, but rather about giving opporssed minorities their right to decide on how they should live their lives. You can't continue surpressing ethnic minorites and force them to be educated in Farsi only. Persians have dragged these minorites into endless regional wars and conflicts with the Arabs. Unlike Persians, these minorites have no big hostility towrds Arabs and it is time for them to live in peace.

I would take Trump a little differently than Obama for sure.
Sure... no more Uranium and $billions.
Iran principally need 2 war heads... one for Pakistan and one for Saudi Arabia, so the Uranium already delivered via Obama should be enough.... I believe Indo/US techs. are already in Iran doing final touches to the detaonation mechanism.

Eventually, Trump will claim... he tried his best to stop Iranians from making bomb.

With all due respect what you said is incorrect.
For one Pakistan isn't moving away from any gulf states/KSA , Pakistan relations with China has never had anything to do with its relations with Gulf countries. It has never been a zero sum game in this regard. Plus Pakistan relations has never really been hostile towards Iran per se, at best it's been neutral. So Pakistan benefits nothing much from siding with or against Iran if there was ever any war/invasion of Iran etc.

As for Sudan it's an irelavant country to be honest, whether they side with Iran or against Iran is inconsequential I'm afraid. They will mind their business anyway, being a very poor country with limited capabilities they are in no position to intervene in any foreign conflict especially be that is none of their business. LOL

Finally, you say the "Muslim world" will continue being a western puppet ? I don't even know what you mean by that, "Muslim world" involves many countries my lady from Malaysia, to Nigeria, to Senegal to Indonesia to Turkey, to Egypt to Iran etc etc.

There is no such thing , since every country has their own realities, interests, environment in which they trade/function. Has nothing to do with being a western puppet. If it serves their interest to be allied/cooperate with the west then I see nothing wrong in that. It's foolish to oppose the west just for the sake of opposing the west and show off that you are somehow unique even when your interests converge with that of the west. What's the point of doing so and affecting your country's interests and people living standards?Lol. So cooperate where you have common interests and you can disagree when your interests don't converge (just like China does).

I believe contrary to what some people say, Gulf states have done quite well on the economic front, the are by far the wealthiest countries/region in the "Muslim world" with quite high living standards and their people's livelihood keep improving, contrary to most Muslim countries in the region. A visit to some of these Gulf countries feels (to a foreigner like even me) like you are in a different region/continent not the middle East. So I will say their leaders have adopted some commendable policies for their country.
However, I agree that politically they need political reforms to catch up with economic gains their country have undergone. Else they might face some social issues these coming decades. They also need to create new industries and love up the value chain away from reliance on natural resources. But at least their people living standards have improved a lot and benefits from their country's oil reserves, unlike other countries in the region and some oil rich contrie whose citizens have yet to see any improvement of their living standards despite their massive natural resources/oil/gas reserves.
Just my two cents. :)
You are correct Pakistani govt despite being pro Saudi is under huge domedtic pressure to remain neutral we will not be part of any adventure in Iran

.
Nah. A lot of Muslim countries will support Trump against Iran lol.

But I will add that any war against Iran will end up inflaming the entire region.

The madman theory is plausible.

It won't work in this era anymore, though.

one thing is for sure if US attacks Iran then Pakistan will not be party to this infact Pakistan may defend that territory and during Musharraf rule this issue came up and Musharraf government sided with Iran.
Why?
Because
1. Pakistan has a significant number of shias
2. Historical and cultural links ( one must not forget when Pakistan came into existence, the Persian language was taught in the schools as a part of curriculum )
3. then a factor of Islamic ummah unity

if a Saudi Iran was occurs then Pakistan will remain neutral ....

It comes a day after the US president threatened Tehran that military options are "not off the table" in response to the missile test.

‘Threatening Iran is useless’: Supreme leader’s adviser responds to America’s ‘notice’
On Monday, Fox News cited US officials as saying that Iran had carried out medium-range ballistic missile tests.

That was followed on Thursday by reports from CNN, NBC News and Reuters, all quoting sources, that said Washington could roll out fresh sanctions against Iran as early as Friday.

Iran has confirmed that it tested the missile, and that the launch was "in line" with its plans.

"We will not allow foreigners to interfere in our defense affairs," Defense Minister Hossein Dehghan told Tasnim news agency on Wednesday.

In another tweet posted on Thursday, Trump wrote that "Iran was on its last legs and ready to collapse," but the US "gave it a life-line in the form of the Iran Deal: $150 billion."

In response to Trump’s tweet , Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif also took to social media, posting a statement saying that Iran is unmoved by US threats and will never initiate war.

Iran unmoved by threats as we derive security from our people. We'll never initiate war, but we can only rely on our own means of defense. pic.twitter.com/TxlSEL8rjj

Almost two years ago, Tehran and five world powers signed a historic deal under which Iran agreed to curb its nuclear program in exchange for sanctions relief.

Tehran asserted on Wednesday that its missile tests did not involve rockets with nuclear warheads, meaning they are not covered by the deal agreed with world powers.

Zarif added that Iran is using ballistic missiles as part of its defense program.
The $150 billion that Trump was referring to in his Tweet was apparently the amount Iran gained access to as a result of the deal, including billions of dollars in assets unfrozen in foreign banks around the globe.

With the sanctions lifted, in theory those funds would be unlocked. However, the US Treasury Department estimated back in the fall that once Tehran fulfills its obligations related to the funds, it would have about $55 billion left.

:rofl::rofl::rofl:
Mr Trump, you dont run USA. You are just President, nothing more! Real people in business are and will remain the same....So, doesn't matter what you think.

Yes they gave you free fuel so you should give your soldiers to them? Not very proportional if you ask me.

Perhaps that was all we had at that time.
We have economical relations with India yeah of course glad to have it. But if any NON-Muslim country starts invasion on Pakistan, refueling fighter jets will not be the only thing that we would do for them. Although Pak is a militarily strong country. Air-defense systems are the only thing that we can provide for them instantly if they ask us even during the peace times.
