We have both lower crime rate and lower incarceration rate than Japan or US. South Korea also has a 97% conviction rate, and higher percentage of population in its prisons.

Your narrative that police in China are arresting people left and right has more holes than your brain. There are extremely few cases to begin with in the first place in comparison to outside world. It's certainly safer and more prosperous with much better opportunities for its citizens than that rape capital you call India.
