Trump enrages entire nation of South Korea with offhand claim it 'actually used to be part of China'

He says alot of things. Like enraging Sweden about its problems. Was it a divide and conquer? I don't know. All we do know is that there is already division between China and South Korea over THAAD. And division between China and North Korea over its nuke weapons tests.

Division with SK over THAAD yes but division over NK's nuke is still a speculation, US is trying to push China to commit a geo-political mistake so it can capitalized on it but China is just taken "sit and way" attitude than has innerving US...a lot of Western media is bragging and trying to drive a wedge between China and NK recently but they just delude themselves.

Really? So recent cutting of imports of coal from North Korea is just mere speculation?

lol that doesn't mean a division...LMAO, so if Russia refuse to sell their strategic bomber to China...doesn't mean China-Russia division?

Refusing to sell is one thing. Threatening is another.:-)

NKorea warns China of sanction consequences

North Korea has seemingly made a thinly veiled warning to China of catastrophic consequences to their bilateral relations, as it asked its historic ally not to step up sanctions.

The warning on Saturday came in a commentary titled "Are you good at dancing to the tune of others", released by the state-owned KCNA news agency.

While the commentary did not mention China by name, Pyongyang expressed its criticism of "a country around the DPRK", using the acronym for North Korea's official name, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.

"The country is talking rubbish that the DPRK has to reconsider the importance of relations with it and that it can help preserve security of the DPRK and offer necessary support and aid for its economic prosperity, claiming the latter will not be able to survive the strict 'economic sanctions' by someone," the commentary said.

It added that if "the country" continues applying sanctions on Pyongyang, "it may be applauded by the enemies of the DPRK, but it should get itself ready to face the catastrophic consequences" in bilateral relations.

In February, Beijing announced that it would not buy coal - North Korea's main export - from Pyongyang for the rest of the year in support of a United Nations resolution.

Official media in China have also suggested the possibility of suspending exports of hydrocarbons if North Korea conducts a new nuclear test.

Pyongyang's apparent criticism of its principal ally, although made indirectly, reflects an estrangement between Beijing and the increasingly isolated regime of Kim Jong Un.

So they won't even mention China by name during any kind of criticism, but they openly say they want to nuke the US mainland off the face of the Earth.

Seems similar.

Maybe they are developing ICBM's to hit their enemies on the moon?

Probably something catastrophic as they said.

Lol you really think that China-NK is divide just with some sanction, International politic don't work that way, it's all about interest, China certain don't have interest to lost NK to US. China-NK still have a lot of under-table channel to keep their relation unshaken.

.
Probably something catastrophic as they said.

Let's be serious. The North Koreans aren't desperate to develop ICBM's and thermonuclear warheads in order to target their "local" enemies, such as South Korea who are a stone's throw away across the border.

Their primary target has always been the US mainland. They see South Korea and Japan as being proxies, their real enemy is the USA.

Hitting proxies doesn't do much, and they don't need the range of an ICBM for that purpose.

Lets be serious, they can target whoever they considered as a threat, including China. Considering he killed his brother who had no chance of replacing him in any case.

Sure, its enough that North Korea threatened China. I mean you could just easily ignored what North Korea is doing and just do nothing at all including sanctions or other type of punishment even if its minor.

Even according to your own source, they never actually mentioned China by name.

The irony is that Kim Jong-Un, while definitely insane and suicidal, is only slightly less crazy than "The Donald".

Maybe they should both wipe each other out, that would make sense considering how similar they are.

Even if they didn't mention China by name you can comprehend enough they are referring to China.

US is making a big geo-political mistake by trying to push NK to be at the last stand but China is trying to make some room for NK to breath by advising US-NK to sit and talk each other over the sanction and Nuke issue but the stubborn US categorically refused...either American way or the high way.

.
It's beyond me that Indians voted the butcher of Gujarat as its PM.

There is comparison between Modi and Trump. Modi has a good knowledge on world geography and world politics. Trump is simply ignorant on both world geography and world politics.

By the way, stop your obsession of India and Modi. It is becoming too ridiculous.

Even if they didn't mention China by name you can comprehend enough they are referring to China.

The fact that you are even trying to draw an equivalence is completely ludicrous.

North Korea has never even mentioned China by name during these matters, they could be referring to anyone.

Whereas they are EXPLICITLY clear that the US mainland is the #1 target for their thermonuclear weapons and that they aim to wipe the USA off the face of the Earth.

Their lesser enemies (South Korea and Japan) are considered mere proxies of the USA, hitting them is a secondary priority if anything.

The only geopolitical mistake was North Korea developing nukes when they promised denuclearization of Korea peninsula. And we pulled out nukes out of South Korea.

Riiiiight....If you can't comprehend that they are referring to you through veiled threat, then I'm sorry.
