So we all know the story of Koh-i-Noor... How it was taken from the sub continent by the Brits and they still parade it in their museums like the Queen herself mined it, cut it with her own hands, and then brought it with her dowry.

Now the diamond has changed hands a number of times since it was first found. And it is claimed by a number of countries - Pakistan, India, Iran and Afghanistan.

But whose do you guys think is the rightful claim? I think that since it was taken from Lahore by the British, as part of Treaty of Lahore, Pakistan has the rightful claim.

No one is gona get it back. Kohinoor is gone n never coming back

Pakistan can have it!
Certainly brings no financial or political advantage. If anything will make a country look petty and end up hurting relations with Britain over a rock!

I wouldn't like india to waste its time on such minutia, we already got what we needed from the brits, i.e. Our country back. The brits can hold on to it as a legacy of the past for all we care, and Pakistan can fight tooth and nail over it if it chooses so. Indians make decisions with their brains, not their egos!

No problem. We'll take it.

It belongs to BD. Bengal was under British rule for the longest time and also suffered the Bengal famine. Koh-i-noor + several billion £ as financial compensation doesn't sound too bad.

Stand in line, right after Nepal. I am sure some Nepali saw it first from the top of the Everest.

It belongs to Mickey Mouse.

For its only a mouse brain that would discuss non issues notwithstanding similar threads on this topic.

Says someone with over 16 thousand posts on an online forum. Busy bee you must be.

I am sure every single person who owned it also thought it is never going anywhere else.

Belongs to British , end of story old history let India cry about it. India needs to stop abusing British people for nonse sense from 200 years ago

Pakistan cares less about what Indians think of Koh-e-noor or what ever their puny minds want from British

Its indian habbit to cry about anything British

Totally agree. It's theirs now. Part of the royal collection. India can sort of get it back by rejoin the British empire.

Wtf are you on about?
Our topic?! It's your countrymen starting the thread, making claims on it, asking whether it belong to india, Pakistan or Afghanistan and we are to blame to wanting to do nothing with it?!
What kind of warped logic and comprehension is this?
I'm starting to think that you're not really playing dumb anymore!
