No, but facebook accounts can be fake as well.
Less risk, because Facebook is mainly to communicate with people that know You.
Note that I don't suggest you need to login with Electronic Id, just to create the account,
so it will be a very minor hazzle.

Actually I want to, but for the lack of cause or reason, I cannot draw such a conclusion unilaterally.

This is going to be a problem as PDF grows. However, trolls are generally easily spotted and removed. They may try to post properly for a few days in order to increase their post count, but it isn't long before their instinct to be a troublemaker kicks in, and they reveal themselves.
