I really find it odd that you've singled one member out here. Especially when you've vouched for it with your reputation. From where I'm seeing you present only half the truth. Perhaps its because I hold a particular vantage point.
Actually since the matter has become quite a nuisance we've been keeping an eye on things. Shchinese IMO has responded and heeded the management's warnings. I'm not saying that either him nor the hordes of Indian internet warriors are either without sin.
In any case I must point out one thing. Any level of criticism of India if on topic is perfectly legal. A LOT OF members from India just do not get this basic tenet of free speech. Anything said against India is met with offtopic posts or criticism of the member posting them.
One of the most blatant rule violations out of Indian members is that they 50% of their posts are nothing about Pakistan and either some sort of glorification of India or they'd be taking on the Bangladeshi members or the Chinese members. This forum is not for Indian internet warlordism. All the staff is working round the clock in explaining, answering PMs, teaching, lecturing these members into behaving like a normal human being.
As you know this forum is in no short supply of members and neither have we ever valued quantity over quality. However before going into a rampant banning rage, we are doing the extra effort of talking it out with people into behaving. We'd hope its acknowledged. Meanwhile such Troll Fatwas should be kept away, let us decide on who to keep and who not to.
