IK proved himself to be nothing but a selfish & stubborn person who wants to come in power using short cuts.

If he was so capable he would have created an example out of KPK for all of the pakistani to see .

But now he is getting desperate trying all the short cuts he can to come in to power in center but he simply cannot. Can he simply by pass 2/3 majority given to PML-N by the people of pakistan.

Even we accept the argument of 35 punctures , then what with 60 seats in center he cannot do anything. PML-N still hold majority. PTI calls itself a democratic party and right now they are acting the likes of Qadri & his army of minioons. who gives a damn about democracy.

I hope Allah put some sense in his thick brain and he stop hijacking Pakistan and start acting like a leader which many thought he can become.

2. Where (historically) military can rig the elections in favor of their preferred candidates to weaken a certain political forces (guess the name).

What do you know of Pakistan......... I can make a list which can go on forever......... this is Pakistan.......... furthermore, you are not a Pakistani (most probably of Pakistani origin - that too, I doubt).......... what actually needs to be done is to thread-ban you and that Canadian Mounty from all threads related to Pakistan Politics.

Does supreme court directly take the treason case or one has to go to high court first?

Also Nawaz did end up in jail and also lost his gov't. The people did not support him then.

Do you have recent link that says the case is still pending? Because Musharaf has had 15 years to file such treason case and would love to have had extended jail term, keeping him in saudi or use it as tactic to pressure Nawaz into freeing him from ECL.

Don't run away and make sure you come back with a recent article saying the trial is still pending.
