nah, there is a big difference, over a long period of rich persians and daris and uzbeks asserting their social influence, the kabulis have evolved into being more persian than pathaan. I know because I spent nearly 15 years in a city called Fremont in California that is known as mini afghanistan and have gotten a very close look at them; there is a big cultural and linguistic difference between them and our Pakistani pathans.

Sure you can. Its an international language. You will find many online sources to learn. But i will prefer a Pathan's company. That way you can learn it even in months.

Tip : start from the abuses (gaalian). They say, and i quote "Pashto have 50,000 (only registered one) abuses".

Every pashtoon is Afghan, just like every punjabi is a noora
