Train from Pakistan(Quetta) to Iran(Zahedan)

I read that a train was supposed to resume service from Pakistan(Quetta) to Iran(Zahedan) in September 2018 but there has been no updates on it? It apparently leaves on 1st and 15th of each month.

Anyone have any idea if the Train has been resumed? if not, are there any buses that go to Iran and which place does it go to? How much it costs?
