it can be interpreted that some of categories can be produced in Indian Small & Medium scale industry with help of updated technology in very short period of time giving employment of number of peoples and keeping wealth in India.

Where we do not have capabilities, like heavy industry, this is like a challenge to develop and utilize the expertize.

Given India's potential, no govt incl China can stop its industries in investing in India inc. Take that!!

No you can't. Indian weak industries can't produce high tech equipment like good quality solar panel and tunnel boring machine. If China ban these things to India. Very likely India economy growth will halt to zero.
