Out of curiosity : What kinds mangoes are available in Pakistan? I read here some Sindhri one, which is not available in India, at least not easily.

Langra is one that comes to mind.
No idea of it's qualities though.
Someone with more knowledge may be able to elaborate.

The problem is that Pakistani mangoes are super expensive. Last week I bought a box for 40$ with 5 Sindhri mangoes. Not everyone can afford it when you have Haitian and Mexican mangoes (which are to their local taste), these Haitian and Mexican mangoes cost about 10$/box with about 18 mangoes in it. Now you do the math.

Mexican are 4.95 box of 10 or 12. lolzz ... cheap mango kha kha kaa. apna taste kharab hogaya haa..

Yes they used to be cheap nowadays they are pricey .. I think our Cc/ shops are ripping people off..1 box 5/6 mangoes cost around £6 , while a box is imported just under £1..

I am considering to import a palletof mangoes my self..eat them all year round..

Why don't pakistani mangos producers sell their products as frozen sliced produce?

This way they can make the product more affordable and available beyond the limited summer season.

Mango is good when its fresh. I had falsa that was frozen, and not in season. It didn't taste very good.
