It's a valid point! But why don't India annex BD once for all? You are obvious in a love/hate mood with BD.

Trust me buddy, there is not really much "love" esp closer to BD border you get (in India).

India annexing BD is bad idea, just like annexing Afghanistan is bad idea for Pakistan (@django @Game.Invade @Desert Fox can explain more on that).

Proxy annexation only works somewhat when there is large cultural synthesis to begin with (like say India w.r.t Nepal and Bhutan which we have open border policy with and customs union).

It is better (in BD case) to "annex" only their political party like we have, create and keep a solid border control (ongoing) and cooperate strictly on affairs of mutual interest and benefit. This way we can filter the good and leave the garbage in BD for them to deal with themselves (rather than becoming yet one more burden on the many problems India already has).

I mean you yourself talked about the BD garbage you saw in Sweden ghettoes right....so think of that but in scale of millions. We dont want to annex that and inherit that. There is reason why Pakistan did what it did during their civil war.

BD people know this all btw...they just wont admit it here....one particular member is already posting and showing that the worst level of Indian railways = best level of BD railways in his feelz emotionz. You can ask him what country his motorcycle comes from....he was discussing it so happily in another thread lol. They have a really nice complex that makes them easy prey for Indian objectives. Imagine 165 million people living in a place similar to the size of Liaoning in China. Where the main export commodity is finished clothes who export because of the Low Development status given by Europeans. Would you rather annex that place or leave it alone.

@Nilgiri watch, otoh it's a beautiful place (the greenery and water and all), the number of people around it is quite interesting.

His videos are quite good actually (he is also got quite a kind, patient attitude) and probably helped BD get some more tourism. But yes the problems were shown first hand as well....as to why BD is better off handling its own affairs rather than be micromanaged from far away.

Same kind of thing the British did in the 13 colonies when there was an uprising there. They not have a right to do that (and fail in the end)? Cept those colonials didnt need all that much help (though France did aid substantially) like you lot did.

The difference is in delta swamp, lot lot more deadweight silly useless people around...that went about directly murdering innocent people that were pro-Pakistan in mobs they formed. So the State responded to that...(and now you only present your side as the "number" as way exagerrated as that is too)....but is anyone in the pure moral right here?

Increasingly we see from BD people own silly nature surfacing wherever they go (and STRONK accumulate like this forum) on top of the traditional geographic neighbours they have like mine and @Aung Zaya @tarpitz etc and even "friends" further afield (like @Chinese-Dragon @Jlaw and @Sanchez country), there is nuance to what Pakistan did.

So just keep being you...never change, never learn....its doing a real world of good! Emotion fuelled thots are really fun in echo chambers! When you waah waah brats are ready for reality...try step out and actually fix things and listen and learn.
