The Islamabad High Court has sent the case back to the trial court and said that after hearing the arguments give a decision in 7 days. There was a wrong report in the media earlier.

Why he is using delaying tactics and seeking refuge behind technicalities?? He doesn't want to run the case on facts, he is not disputing the facts, he is just disputing the jurisdiction, why?? He has changed the lawyer Haris, Marwat, and now Khosa. Today his lawyer was saying that the lower court did not hear their arguments, while when the court was begging Imran Khan to present a defence, but Imran Khan and his lawyers were boycotting the courts, after failing to get an adjournments for 20th time.
