Tore my ankle ligaments....Help

My brother tore his ligament while playing volleyball two years ago. He still has difficulty climbing and fears his for ISSB medicals.

No actually not into gaming that much, more of a contact sports guy.......I may try gaming in the course of two weeks though....:rolleyes:

Oh damn, you gave me something new to worry about....lets hope your brother's and my ISSB is not affected by our injuries......

well when I fell my weight came on the ankle and it twisted to the inside, rupturing the ligaments present on the outside of the ankle, it didnt hurt much at the time but after the game ended I wouldnt put any weight on it and went to the hospital directly.....

I feel your pain man, similar sh!t happened with me. severely sprained my ankle while playing been bed ridden for the past 3 weeks.

Tore my ankle ligaments really bad yesterday, ankle in a cast, excruciating pain, help needed by any doctors on pdf to speed up recovery, relieve pain and to make the cast more bearable......

For then next two months please take a glass of milk with turmeric ( Haldi).

Haldi is best for any internal injuries - especially the bone / muscle / sports injury kind.

Make sure the Haldi is pure and dont give up even if the taste does not appeal to you.

Aye mate, my grandmom has put together a whole concoction of herbal and desi medications, and Haldi is one of them, thanks for the tip mate....Cheers
