Top US general says Taliban 'living in comfort' in Pakistan

if You are distinguishing between ISI, and any other Pakistani Intelligence organisation,
which is totally unimportant for anyone outside ISI, that is what You should expect.

If You wanted to make that point, why not say:
“No, we (ISI), supported Hekmyatar Gulbuddin, but another Pakistani organisation supported
the Taliban, who kicked Gulbuddins behind. After realizing he was a lost cause,
we cut our losses, and supported the Taliban as the next best choice,
so no, we are not responsible.”

Noone would argue with a such or similar statements without very specific information.
Okay, yeah, I'm done.

If you can't even be bothered to use your head, there is no point talking.

Fyi, and I'm simply repeating myself here, you started this conversation off as Pakistan created the taliban. Good job, troll.

I said that Pakistan was heavily involved in the creation of the Taliban,
and clarified that by this, I meant that the Taliban would not have grown
to the level they are today without the support from Pakistan,
where the visible start of support was one month after their formation.
This consisted of the Taliban arming themselves from a giant secret arms cache
inside Afghanistan created by Pakistan.
This has been shown with multiple sources, so there is no trolling going on.
The conclusion is that Pakistan have a significant responsibility for the Taliban problem.
