i gave you range from your source ESSM has a max range of 50 KM and consider as short range SAMs not medium range SAMsESSM is medium range SAM like S-350 used on Admiral Gorshkov class frigates and Gremyashchiy class corvettes.
Fire power means how many weapons the ship can carry, and Zircon is in development not install in the ship but intended toAdmiral Gorshkov armed with Zircon anti ship missiles 500 km range Kalibr M land attack missiles 4500 km range, 130 mm gun. Kolkata only has 76 mm gun. Far less firepower than Admiral Gorshkov.
Russia plans to manufacture 12 upgraded Project 22350M frigates
"The lead vessel in this series is planned to be commissioned to the Navy in 2027," the source said.
According to the source, "a project plan for a vessel with a displacement of 7,000 tons and a capability of carrying up to 48 Kalibr, Oniks and Tsirkon cruise missiles will be finalized by the yearend."
"In all, 12 frigates of this class are planned to be manufactured, with 11 out of them to be commissioned to the customer within the frames of the new state arms procurement program," the source added.
With the current economic mumble jumble, it's safe to say there's no AB Flight III for years to come.

you really should do more research, there was one laid down just last year, and is set to be commissioned in 2023.
